Are you an experienced & driven Property Manager ready for your next challenge? We’re looking for a dedicated professional to oversee a portfolio of residential (& potentially mixed-use) properties in & around the Exeter area.
In this key role, you’ll be the main point of contact for Clients, Freeholders, & Leaseholders – delivering outstanding management services while ensuring full compliance with all relevant legislation & regulations.
What you’ll be doing:
âś… Property Inspections & Maintenance: conducting inspections & preparing reports
âś… Financial Management: handling budgets & client accounts
âś… Insurance: managing building, Directors, & Officers insurance
✅ Meetings: organising EGMs, AGMs, Directors’ & Residents’ meetings
âś… Administration: managing correspondence & admin duties
âś… Lease Compliance: addressing breaches of the lease
âś… Contractor Management: coordinating with contractors
âś… Property Sales: managing the assignment of leases
âś… Complaints: handling & resolving issues
