Requirements for Primary Teacher: To be successful in this role, you should: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in primary settings. Have a solid understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment strategies. Demonstrate excellent classroom management and the ability to inspire young learners. Be committed to raising pupil attainment through innovative and inclusive teaching. Have experience working with pupils of varying abilities and backgrounds. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships. Be available full-time and enthusiastic about contributing to school life. Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years with no unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
