About the role
We’re hiring an Associate Strategy Director – a strategic leader with a track record of producing impactful work and a distaste for category noise. You will work across LADbible Group partnerships and our new social agency proposition, helping clients put social and cultural relevance at the heart of brand growth.
Reporting to the Director of Strategy, you will collaborate closely with Senior Strategists on workflow management and maintaining high‑level output.
What the opportunity looks like
* Develop world‑class strategy that converts high‑value pitches and powers standout, effective creative work across partnerships and brand direct
* Build strong relationships with brand direct clients, earning authority and trust that drives further commercial success
* Contribute to idea generation and play a key role in ideation sessions as a partner to the creative team
* Work closely with the Data, Intelligence & Planning team to ensure all creative is underpinned with robust data and insight
* Support the Director of Strategy in managing team resourcing and output, setting the example for what excellence looks like
* Identify proactive client development opportunities and collaborate with the Client Solutions team to bring them to fruition
* Build strong working relationships with LADbible Group’s leadership team to encourage collaboration with creative and project management teams
Skills and experience we’d like you to have
* Senior strategy experience gained at a creative or social agency, or social publisher
* Experience delivering annual/multi‑year strategy and building trust and authority with clients
* A strong perspective on how brands grow through cultural relevance and how they need to move creative and content to grow
* Ability to manage multiple briefs simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment and oversee the development of work within the Strategy team
* Adept at building cross‑department senior relationships and collaborating to achieve shared goals
* Comfortable analysing and understanding a variety of quantitative and qualitative datasets, briefing data teams to coordinate bespoke reports
We’re rolling out blended working – the majority of departments across the business, including London, Manchester, and international offices, work in the office 3 days per week.
