The BD & Marketing Director will shape and deliver the firm’s business development strategy, working closely with senior leadership and partners to enhance market presence, win new business, and deepen client relationships. Key priorities include refining the BD strategy, launching client engagement initiatives, driving innovation in digital marketing, and establishing clear KPIs to demonstrate value. The successful candidate will lead and inspire a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration and operational excellence.
We are seeking a commercially minded, results‑driven professional with proven senior‑level experience in business development within professional services. Legal sector experience is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and the ability to influence at all levels are essential.
