Proposed Interview Date: W/C 11th August 2025 The role This is a unique opportunity to work alongside our Operations Director and lead the delivery of energy efficiency retrofit projects. From managing contractors and consultants to ensuring compliance with PAS 2035:2023 and government funding requirements, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Ecogee. The Head of Retrofit will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, and compliant retrofit projects while driving operational efficiency, KPIs and customer service excellence. The right fit Hold a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in construction, building services, energy, or project management. Proven experience as a Senior Operations Manager or similar role ideally in the construction and/or energy efficient retrofit scheme. Have significant experience overseeing and delivering large scale retrofit and/or construction contracts. Experience in budget management, financial reporting and ensuring value for money. Good practical knowledge of building regulations, codes of practice, PAS 2030/2035 etc. Who we are Ecogee specialise in providing both retrofit and new build solutions that make homes more energy efficient. Our services include; fabric insulation, ventilation systems, and renewable technologies such as air source heat pumps and solar panels.
