What You'll Actually Be Doing

Direct customer engagement – Lead face-to-face conversations with prospective customers, representing premium UK brands

✓ Campaign execution – Be the frontline on live customer acquisition campaigns; your insights drive performance

✓ Performance ownership – Work toward personal and team targets in a transparent, results-driven culture

✓ Business development – Learn sales strategy, customer psychology, and acquisition tactics from day one

✓ Continuous growth – Regular 1-on-1 coaching, performance reviews, and structured commercial training
