What does this Care Professional job involve?
Hours of Work: 20 - 26 Hours Per Week - Available from 08:00 - 22:00
* Helping clients live safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes
* Following personalised care plans tailored to each individual’s needs
* Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and continence support
* Assisting with medication management
* Supporting with everyday tasks like shopping, preparing meals, and light housework
