The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious and proactive IWMS Consultant / Implementation Manager to join our team. This is a key role that blends client onboarding, product knowledge, and operational insight. You’ll be the driving force behind helping new clients smoothly transition onto our software, becoming operational as quickly and efficiently as possible.


As a product expert, you’ll work closely with clients, development teams, and PACS leadership to ensure every implementation is tailored to the client's needs. This role is ideal for someone with strong FM industry knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for helping clients succeed.

You’ll also support internal operations, contribute to product development planning, testing new features, and lead on account management, ensuring long-term value and upsell opportunities for existing clients.


Responsibilities

* Client Mobilisation & Product Leadership
* Lead client onboarding and implementation for our IWMS platform
* Configure software based on client needs and ensure timely go-live
* Become a product expert and internal go-to for all software-related knowledge
* Create and maintain a project plan to keep all stakeholders informed
* Manage all aspects of implementation including meeting minutes, timesheets and progress tracking
* Collect, map, import, and validate client data within the IWMS
* Test developments and collaborate with the dev team to resolve bugs
* Create and maintain user guides and training materials
* Take ownership of the PACS demo domain and ensure it is always demo-ready
* Agree forward-looking product roadmap with each client


Operations & Development Support

* Test new software features before release and provide feedback
* Participate in development scrums and sprint planning
* Collaborate with internal teams to align product with business objectives
* Support operational planning across the company


Account Management & Relationship Building

* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
* Act as a key contact for ongoing support and upselling opportunities
* Stay in regular contact to understand client goals, challenges, and evolving needs
* Identify new opportunities for PACS solutions across client portfolios


Skills & Expertise

* Strong understanding of the Facilities Management industry
* Proven experience in software implementation or client success roles
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management abilities
* Confident presenting to clients and leading training sessions
* Comfortable working across teams and balancing multiple priorities
* Experience with IWMS/CAFM platforms is a plus
* Ambitious, approachable, and highly motivated to grow with the business
