Benefiting from continuous improvements to all the manufacturing processes the group works within several sectors across Europe and Latin America including organisations such as hospitals, hotels, restaurants, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical companies.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & StrategyLead, manage, and develop both operations and engineering teams to achieve site objectivesDeputise for the General Manager when requiredSupport the development and delivery of site strategy, business plans, and capital projectsBuild a strong One Team culture across production, engineering, logistics, and support functionsOperations ManagementDrive implementation of Production Essentials and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure customer deliveries are achieved on time, in full, to quality and cost targetsForecast volumes and resource requirements aligned to budget and capacityMonitor performance, analyse trends, and implement corrective actionsManage budgets, cost control, and operational efficiencyEngineering & MaintenanceLead the engineering function to deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and rapid corrective actionsOversee installation, maintenance, and optimisation of plant, equipment, boilers, and steam systemsEnsure engineering resources are effectively planned to support production demandsManage external suppliers for maintenance, parts, and capital equipmentHealth, Safety & ComplianceEnsure full compliance with QHSE policies, legal regulations, COSHH, RIDDOR, and GDPRDrive a strong safety-first culture across all teamsEnsure risk assessments, safe systems of work (SSOW), and training are in place and followedMaintain relevant site accreditations (e.g. ISO standards where applicable)People & PerformanceLead, coach, and develop high-performing teams across operations and engineeringManage performance, absence, training, and employee engagementDeliver technical training for operators and engineering teams on new equipment and processesContinuous Improvement & SustainabilityChampion lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programmes (e.g.
