Hybrid Working: 3 days office / 2 days remote
Join a highly regarded independent firm of accountants in North London as a Mixed Tax Manager.
This is a great opportunity for a talented tax professional to take the next step in their career and help lead a growing tax department.
The Role:
* Work closely with the Tax Partner, splitting your time between personal and corporate tax (approx. 50/50).
* Manage, train, and develop the tax team
* Oversee compliance work and ensure deadlines are met.
* The role is 60% compliance vs 40% advisory based
* Advise clients on complex tax planning and provide tailored consultancy.
* Support business development and client relationship management.
About You:
* ATT or CTA qualified (or studying towards CTA).
* At least 2 years' experience managing a tax team.
* Strong technical skills across both personal and corporate tax.
* Confident communicator with client-facing experience.
