The role:
As a junior front of house manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support in coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to drive performance.
We are looking for someone who:
* is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
* can run shifts, plan staffing, and enjoys working with and coaching the team
* has an understanding of managing labor and rotas and is eager to learn about financial performance
