The Stamford Bridge Hotel is seeking a charming and engaging Receptionist with a passion for service excellence.
You will report to the Front Office Manager, working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of Chelsea area.
The Receptionist will be responsible for:
* Giving our guests a memorable welcome and lasting impression
* Providing exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products, services and facilities
* Ensuring that the daily task list is completed effectively
* Working collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences
* Taking initiative in accommodating our guests needs in a resourceful manner
To be successful in the role of Receptionist, we require:
* Excellent guest engagement skills
* An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
* Willingness to learn and work with IT systems quickly
* The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations
* A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
