Key Responsibilities:
As Night Manager in Portsmouth, you’ll be responsible for the smooth overnight operation of the hotel, including:
9. Running the night audit process
10. Managing and supporting a small night team
11. Checking guests in and out
12. Carrying out fire safety and security walks
13. Responding to guest queries and overnight calls
14. Ensuring excellent guest service throughout the night shift
What we’re looking for:
To be successful in this Night Manager role in Portsmouth, you’ll ideally have:
15. Previous Night Manager or Night Supervisor experience
16. Experience running Night Audit procedures
17. Knowledge of Guestline or similar hotel systems such as Opera
18. Strong communication and organisational skills
19. A professional and reliable approach to overnight hospitality operations
