Our client is a high performing corporate CEO turned entrepreneur with a £ multi-million business portfolio across multiple sectors. With 30 years in business and a business portfolio consisting of executive leadership development, board advisory, business mentoring, property investing, mergers and acquisitions, public speaking, and podcasting.
Due to the increased level of new business, our client is now looking for a high energy, experienced PA to become her right-hand person as she scales up Brave Bold Brilliant as a brand and continues to grow her diversified business portfolio.
Opportunity to grow with the role as the business expands to incorporate broader marketing, social media, communication and commercial areas depending on the qualities and experience of the successful candidate.

What we need from you as an experienced executive level PA:
Minimum 3 years experience working as a PA to Director/CEO level
Highly proficient with excellent PowerPoint skills is a must
Good understanding and active participation on social media platforms
Excellent ability to create project plans and prepare progress reports
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to professionally represent the company
Strong customer service experience and communication skills
Efficient, well-organised diary management
Ability to multitask and used to working occasionally under pressure
Proactive management of emails, client liaison and follow up
Experience working alongside stakeholders, including clients, and external partners
Experience collating and filing expenses
Miscellaneous tasks to support Jeannette
Desirable:
Multi sector corporate knowledge and experience would be a bonus
What the role involves:
This position is an integral part of a small but growing team, with multiple businesses under one roof. The role will support the CEO in dealing with a diverse range of tasks, including but not limited to:
Diary management, including prioritisation and gatekeeper of Jeannettes time
Booking travel and accommodation as required for Jeannette and the team
Minutes and note taking
Report and presentation preparations
Support social media team and processes where needed
Supporting with other social media activity where required
Read, monitor & respond to emails and messages on social media where required
Mini projects and preparing pieces of work on behalf of Jeannette
Engaging with multiple external businesses and stakeholders
Immersing themselves in the world of Jeannette Linfoot Associates and Brave, Bold, Brilliant to become the first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation where necessary
Organising events and conferences
Coordination of executive development, mentoring and mastermind programmes
Coordination of podcasting guests, materials, liaising with podcast agency and social media agency
Proactive client liaison
Market research
Invoicing and KPIs reporting
Organising filing and document management as required
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year FTE (pro rata for part time), depending on experience, working on a self-employed contract (ideally), or may consider permanent for the right candidate.
Hours: 9am 1pm Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week. There is potential to increase hours and progress to a full-time role for the right candidate.
