Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a high standard of workmanship in all production tasks
* Keep the production area clean, tidy, and organised
* Support continuous improvement of processes and production methods
* Assist the QA department in testing new products
* Carry out general warehouse duties when required
What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves):
* Soldering experience(this is essential)
* Attention to detailand a methodical approach to work
* Positive attitudeand team-oriented mindset
* Previouselectrical experience
* Ideally, previous work withLEDs
* Basic proficiency inMicrosoft programs(Word, Excel, etc.)
