Sous Chef – Hospitality

£ per hour | 40 hours per week
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our hospitality team. If you take pride in producing well-presented, great-tasting dishes and enjoy supporting others in the kitchen, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
2. Preparing and serving well-presented plates with a strong attention to detail
3. Leading and motivating the team, stepping up in the Head Chef’s absence
4. Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and allergen controls
5. Contributing ideas to menus and supporting continuous improvement
6. Assisting with stock control, ordering and minimising waste
What we’re looking for:
7. Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to progress
8. A passion for food and pride in presentation and consistency
9. A team-focused approach with strong communication skills
10. Solid understanding of allergens, compliance and HACCP procedures
