Eden Scott is delighted to be supporting our longstanding client with the recruitment of a Payroll Administrator to join the team based in Westhill. This is a full time permanent position which will be office based.
Responsibilities
* Process/assist process the weekly payroll.
* Maintain confidential payroll records.
* Ensure payroll and pension processes and procedures follow current regulations.
* Administration of holiday records.
* Undertake compiling reports (e.g. end of year).
* Liaison with HMRC.
* Participate in internal and external audits as required.
* Advise HR on payroll matters.
* Close liaison with operational management regarding payroll.
* Addressing payroll queries.
* Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be requested by senior management.
Required Skills
1. Previous computerised payroll experience.
2. Previous experience of checking timesheets and calculating overtime payments.
3. Ability to work on own initiative and be self-organised.
4. Excellent time management, attention to detail and prioritisation skills.
5. Excellent numeracy skills.
6. Computer Literacy.
7. Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
