About the Job
The Finance Business Partner role will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation. The position is highly collaborative, engaging with various internal stakeholders to drive commercial performance, provide financial insights, and support future growth plans.
Duties will include:
1. Managing annual budgets and forecasts in partnership with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
2. Preparing and delivering detailed financial reports and analysis, including KPIs and performance against budget.
3. Producing management information for the senior leadership team, highlighting potential risks and opportunities.
4. Building and presenting business cases to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
