Financial Controller

The Role
As Financial Controller, you will be the key point of contact for all financial matters in the UK business and a core member of the Senior Leadership Team. Reporting to the UK Managing Director and working closely with the UK Group CFO, you will:
* Lead all aspects of financial control, reporting, and planning
* Drive process improvement and strengthen financial governance
* Support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives
* Collaborate with Group finance leaders as the business transitions to a UK Shared Service Centre model
What We're Looking For
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within engineering, consultancy, or project-based environments
* Strong leadership, communication, and business partnering skills
* A proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset
