As our business grows, we are looking to expand the team and recruit an experienced versatile Administrator to support our fast-paced operations across Construction, Planning & Design, and Commercial departments, with occasional involvement in Sales and Customer Care. So if you're organised, proactive, and team-oriented and looking to thrive in a dynamic construction environment, this could be the ideal role for you!
What you'll do
1. Attend weekly site meetings and produce/distribute accurate minutes
2. Compile and distribute reports from production team meetings
3. Liaise with utility suppliers to arrange meters and postal addresses
4. Manage plot build utility bills and set up contracts with meter suppliers
5. Monitor utility contracts and ensure timely renewals
6. Support Planning & Design, Commercial, and Contracts Managers with admin tasks
7. Act as the main contact for site teams regarding admin needs, stationery, etc.
8. Manage PPE ordering and distribution for staff
9. Assist with health and safety documentation: site folders, risk assessments, method statements, incident reports
10. Provide occasional customer service support to the Customer Care team
11. Compile and issue newsletters to new and former residents
12. Maintain a friendly, professional working environment
13. Meet deadlines and contribute to team goals with accuracy and efficiency
You'll be
14. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
15. A strong communicator
16. Organised with the ability to multitask and adapt to a varied workload
17. Experienced ideally in a construction or multi-disciplinary environment
18. A team player and collaborator with a willingness to assist across departments
