Morgan Sindall Property Services are currently recruiting for two experienced Plumbers to join our growing team in Welwyn Garden City.
About the Role
As a Plumber, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services within social housing properties.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will:
1. Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance to residential properties
2. Undertake multi-skilled tasks outside your core trade, including minor building, drainage, and groundworks
3. Use a handheld device to receive and complete jobs (full training provided)
4. Work efficiently and safely in line with best practice
5. Deliver excellent customer service in occupied homes
About You
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, skilled, and customer-focused.
You will:
6. Have previous experience in a similar plumbing role
7. Be comfortable working in all weather conditions
8. Be confident using hand tools (own tools required)
9. Be able to follow written and verbal instructions
10. Have strong health & safety awareness
11. Ideally have experience working within social housing or local authority environments
Essential Qualifications & Requirements
12. City & Guilds Craft / Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent / working towards)
13. G3 Qualification
14. JIB-PMES CSCS Card (Blue) or working towards
15. Full UK Driving Licence (held for at least 12 months)
16. Own tools required
