We are working with a leading hospitality tech business, as they continue to grow, they're looking for a Customer Success Implementation Manager to join their dynamic team.
In this role, you'll be the bridge between product and customer — combining technical know-how, project management, and people skills to help clients unlock the full value of a powerful SaaS platform from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading onboarding projects tailored to each client's unique needs and goals
* Coordinating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Engineering
* Delivering engaging training and onboarding sessions that build client confidence
* Managing the technical setup and configuration of the platform
* Supporting clients with data integration and system connections
* Communicating timelines, deliverables, and potential risks clearly and consistently
* Troubleshooting challenges to keep projects on track
* Building strong, long-term client relationships that promote satisfaction and loyalty
* Feeding client insights back into the product team to influence future development
* Monitoring implementation performance and sharing updates with internal teams
