Job Summary
Park Holidays UK is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team as a Caravan Sales Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a positive attitude, drive, and a passion for success. Responsibilities

* Holiday Home Sales
* Have we got what you're looking for?
* Our Sales Executive can expect typical first-year earnings of at least £45K per year
* £27,500 basic plus commission with a realistic OTE £60k
* Happy to relocate? Staff accommodation may be available
* There's no experience needed for this role if you have a positive attitude, drive, and the determination to achieve and learn
* What's in it for you?
* Post social media adverts and build relationships with current owners to seek out part exchange opportunities
* Calling prospective customers who have shown interest in holiday home ownership
* Speaking to holiday guests to seek out opportunities
* Building partnerships with local businesses to seek opportunities
* To meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets as set by the Sales Manager
* To explore financing arrangements with the prospective customer in a confidential manner
What you’ll need
* Excellent communication skills
* Self-motivated and able to organise your time effectively
* Ability to work under pressure, be driven, and maintain a professional/outgoing personality
* A people person with a humble mindset and desire for progression
