Responsibilities
To support the Programme management team and co-ordinate day to day issues, both internally and externally with emphasis on developing good customer and functional relationships. A detailed planning culture and high levels of professional conduct are prerequisites to success in this role.
Qualifications
It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that sufficient detail is provided on the application form to demonstrate how the applicant meets essential job criteria, as this alone will be used for vetting purposes.
Candidates must:
* Hold an HNC in Engineering or a Business related subject
* Have at least 3 years’ relevant project management experience in an Engineering, Methods, Customer Services, Supply Chain, IT, Programme or Project Management environment. Candidates can clearly demonstrate their 3 years relevant project management experience showing clear timelines.
* Demonstrate a good knowledge of the various programme phases from inception to delivery.
* Have a good working knowledge of Company systems processes and procedures and must be able to identify and co-ordinate resolution to problems/issues.
* Be highly motivated and possess good communication and planning skills.
The jobholder may be required to travel according to business needs.
