Customer Service Administrator My client who based in Sandycroft is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis. Key Details: Customer Service Administrator * Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with a Saturday rota of 8am – 1pm. * Temp to perm contract. * Pay rate is £13.25ph to begin with. Duties and Experience: Customer Service Administrator * Successful candidate will be an essential part of the friendly team, a large part of the role particularly throughout their busy winter period will be answering calls and processing customers orders. * Raising customer orders through the inhouse software which training will be given for. * Managing the incoming calls and monitoring the emails. * Processing delivery paperwork, confirmation through to invoicing. * Provide general admin support throughout the company when needed. * Must have a flexible approach to work and willing to work additional hours during busy periods to meet customer demands. * Must have an excellent phone manner and good communication skills both written and verbally. * Previous experience in a similar role is required.
