As our Corporate Bookings Lead, youll be at the heart of our operationsleading a small but mighty team of 4 to ensure everything runs smoothly between our corporate clients and our hubs. From collections and returns to managing assets and planning peak schedules, youll be the go-to person making sure our clients are happy and our service is seamless. Youll also be the friendly face of Evri for our corporate clients, building strong relationships and making sure their needs are met with efficiency and care. What youll be doing: Leading and supporting the bookings team to manage daily operations like collections, returns, and asset tracking. Creating smart, cost-effective plans that meet client needs and service level agreements (SLAs). Working closely with clientsboth virtually and in personto understand and fulfil their booking and asset requirements. Collaborating with commercial and planning teams to prepare for busy periods like bank holidays and peak seasons. Helping onboard new clients and making sure theyre set up for success. Monitoring performance data and identifying ways to improve service and efficiency. Coordinating return schedules and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. What youll bring: Strong organisational and planning skills. A confident communicator who enjoys working with people.
