Join a highly reputable organisation within the financial services sector as a Global Payroll and Benefits Manager. This pivotal role oversees day‑to‑day payroll operations and benefits administration across multiple regions: UK, East Asia, Europe; ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and validate global payroll processes, including verification, processing, and payment.
* Oversee tax year‑end and start‑of‑year activities, ensuring compliance with HMRC and IRS regulations.
* Continuously review and enhance payroll systems, embedding improvements and conducting relevant testing.
* Provide guidance and oversight to third‑party vendors.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a high‑quality, fit‑for‑purpose payroll and benefits service.
Core Skills & Experience
* Proven experience managing end‑to‑end payroll, ideally within the UK; US payroll experience is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HR processes.
* Payroll qualification (CIPP or equivalent) preferred.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage a high‑volume workload and meet deadlines.
* Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Proficiency in payroll and HR technology tools.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Location: Canary Wharf/Home hybrid working (2 days a week in the office).
