Full Time | OTE £34,000 per annum
Working Hours - 40 hours per week - Core hours: 08:30 – 17:30
Additional out-of-hours escalation support required for Nightline operations
Weekend cover required during peak periods

The Opportunity
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational delivery across a major national distribution contract and you'll be the vital link between drivers, clients, compliance, and operational teams — ensuring workforce plans are fulfilled, compliance standards are met, and service levels consistently exceed expectations.
This role combines:
Workforce planning
Driver engagement
Client relationship management
Compliance coordination
Payroll support
Operational problem-solving
You’ll need to be proactive, resilient, highly organised, and confident communicating with people at all levels.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Resource and coordinate weekly driver plans against client forecasts
* Monitor driver availability and identify risks to supply
* Support fulfilment targets, ensuring exceptional service delivery
* Work closely with recruitment teams to address resourcing gaps
* Act as the first point of contact for drivers
* Manage queries relating to pay, hours, availability, and compliance
* Build strong working relationships with both clients and candidates
* Support driver welfare, retention, engagement, and performance
* Support driver compliance, licence checks, and legal governance
* Assist with incident and post-accident processes
* Maintain accurate records across internal systems and reporting tools
* Ensure all workers remain compliant within Joined Up and Jaama systems
* Support weekly payroll processes and hours reconciliation
* Liaise with clients to resolve missing hours and payroll issues
* Produce reports, dashboards, and management information
* Analyse trends and recommend operational improvements

Experience & Skills
* Experience within recruitment, logistics, planning, compliance, or customer operations is desirable

* Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
* Proactive mindset with excellent organisational skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
