Rapid Response Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Rapid Response Cleaner to provide mobile cleaning support across an allocated portfolio. You will respond to requests from your Sector Manager and deliver high-quality cleaning services in line with client specifications and SLA requirements. This is a fast-paced, mobile role requiring adaptability, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Cover for cleaners off sick or on holiday, ensuring standard site cleaning.
* Respond to reactive jobs from the help desk, such as spillages or sickness clean-ups, prioritised by urgency.
* Follow weekly planned schedules and adapt tasks as needed for reactive work.
* Deliver and participate in training on Pure Space cleaning methods and equipment.
* Provide site familiarisation for new employees, including cleaning regimes, waste procedures, and airlock protocols.
* Perform all cleaning duties to client specifications and schedules, ensuring 100% compliance.
* Adhere to client security procedures and maintain positive working relationships.
* Keep storerooms tidy, stock consumables, and report shortages.
Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications
* Cleaning experience is not essential; candidates from care, nurseries, warehouses, or similar backgrounds will be considered.
* Training will be provided, focusing on introducing a new way of working.
* Priority is adaptability and readiness to work rather than established cleaning habits.
* Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple sites and schedules.
* Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
