Location: Frimley
Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 (Depending on location) (rising by £1,000 at 12 months - Performance based)

Monday - Friday, 9-5
Become a Functional Assessor, supporting individuals applying for Work Capability Assessments (WCA) on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
Your Role
* Assessing claimants functional ability/work related activates and daily activities via phone and face-to-face appointments.
* Reviewing medical evidence & compiling detailed reports for the DWP.
* Using your clinical expertise in a role that values quality, not speed.
Essential Criteria
* Registered Nurse, OT or Physio
* Minimum 1-year post-registration experience in an adult setting
* NMC/HCPC registered
* Strong written and verbal clinical communication skills.
* Confident communicator & report writer – IT literate
* Ability to work independently and manage a clinical caseload efficiently.
* Experience working with complex health conditions.
