Rapier Employment are looking for Class 1 drivers to support our well-known client based in Swindon on an ongoing basis.

Position: Class 1 Driver
Hours: Starts between 12:00 – 18:00 so some flexibility required
Pay rate: £ – £ per hour
Shift patterns:
1. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday with potential for extra shifts
2. Good option for drivers who want an extra 1-2 shifts per week
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
3. Transporting goods between various locations efficiently and in a timely manner.
4. Deliveries from Swindon will be across the South coast of England up to the Midlands.
5. PM drivers will mostly cover trunking, but some store overflow deliveries may be required.
6. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure road worthiness and report any maintenance or mechanical issues.
7. Always provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
8. Full UK Licence (Cat C+E)
9. CPC Card
10. Digi Card
11. Held licence for 12 months (category C+E)
