Qualifications
* Previous experience in a homecare setting advantageous within a Care Co-ordination position.
* Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
* Experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services.
* Experience working with MAR sheets and medication in a supervisory role.
* Passion for delivering high-quality care to clients and helping them live independently and happily at home.
* Knowledge of legislation and regulations specific to Health and Social Care.
* Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Confidence in using care management technology and supporting Care Professionals.
* Understanding of confidentiality and current legislation.
* Excellent relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Passionate about delivering high-quality service.
* Professional, sociable, flexible, and committed.
* Accurate and IT literate.
* Full driving license and vehicle essential.
* Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure.
