The Role: Customer Service Advisor As part of the collections team, you'll: Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers in a professional and supportive manner Provide clear, empathetic guidance to help customers manage their finances Ensure every customer is treated fairly, with a focus on positive outcomes Keep accurate and detailed notes on customer accounts after each interaction What we're looking for: Strong customer service skills, gained in either a contact centre or face-to-face role A genuine passion for creating positive customer experiences Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written Confidence and empathy when handling sensitive conversations What's on offer: A Glasgow City Centre location with quick start opportunities A structured shift pattern: Monday-Friday (8am-8pm) and Saturday (9am-4pm) Starting salary of £25,000, rising to £26,500 after 2 years The chance to earn up to £250 in monthly commission plus exciting incentives, including regular prize draws and holiday giveaways Please note: All candidates must successfully pass a credit and disclosure check.
