As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an HR Advisor to play a key role in supporting our UK workforce and ensuring our people practices operate to the highest standards as we continue to scale. The Role The HR Advisor plays a vital role in delivering an effective, professional and people-centred HR service across Racelogic. Working across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, the HR Advisor ensures employees and managers receive timely, expert support at every step of their journey with us. Engaging with stakeholders across the business, this role offers the chance to shape and improve the people practices that underpin our continued success. Responsibilities and Duties Employee Support : Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, providing professional and confidential support to employees and managers across the business. Recruitment : Play an active role in our recruitment activity, partnering across the business to attract, assess and select the very best talent for Racelogic. Onboarding and Contracts : Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding experience for new starters and work placements, issuing offers and contracts and ensuring a smooth start for every new joiner. Engagement and Wellbeing : Support and coordinate engagement and wellbeing initiatives that reflect and protect Racelogic culture. Performance Review Cycle : Help administer the performance review process, including scheduling, documentation and supporting line managers through their review conversations. Payroll and Benefits Administration : Collate and submit monthly payroll inputs. Assist with the administration of the full Racelogic benefits package, supporting joiner, leaver and life-event changes and contributing to annual renewals. Employee Relations Support : Advise line managers through routine employee relations matters and prepare clear case files for any escalations to the Head of People. Policies and Employee Handbook : Maintain HR policies and the Employee Handbook, keeping them current with UK employment law and clearly communicated across the business. HR Systems and Data : Maintain the HR Information System as a single source of truth, ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance across all employee records. General Administration : Support the wider business with day-to-day administrative tasks - such as office supply orders, uniform coordination and other ad-hoc requests. About You CIPD qualified at Level 3 or above. HR generalist experience. Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to adjust style for different audiences and the discretion the role demands. Ability to work as an active member of the team, sharing knowledge and contributing to discussions. Capable multitasker with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Flexible approach to work with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and experience using an HR Information System. What We Offer Competitive salary.
