Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring Tesco sites are safe and functional environments for customers and colleagues.
* Following work schedules to achieve first-time fixes, maximizing productivity.
* Delivering high-quality work standards and continuous improvement.
* Building effective relationships with stakeholders.
* Sharing best practices with team members.
* Using problem-solving skills to develop solutions for common issues.
* Managing tasks to completion and informing stakeholders as needed.
* Developing through the maintenance pathway.
* Driving own development through scheduled reviews.
* Utilizing mobile devices for work updates and system management.
* Representing Tesco's brand and values.
* Participating in meetings and supporting KPI achievement.
* Promoting a diverse and inclusive culture.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* ONC or equivalent qualification.
* Full driving license.
* Health & Safety awareness.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in Office 365.
* Completed relevant technical training modules.
Experience:
* Proven experience in maintenance, engineering, or construction environments.
* Digitally confident with mobile devices and business systems.
* Relevant mechanical qualifications.
