Job Description
3. Assist in sourcing and purchasing products in line with company requirements.
4. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
5. Monitor market trends to identify potential opportunities and cost-saving strategies.
6. Support the negotiation of contracts and agreements with suppliers.
7. Work closely with other departments to align procurement with business needs.
8. Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all purchasing activities.
9. Assist in managing stock levels and inventory control.
10. Provide regular reports on procurement activities to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Junior Buyer should have:
11. Previous experience or knowledge in the retail industry or procurement.
12. A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills.
13. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
