The charismatic and welcoming face of the company, you’ll offer the highest standards of customer service and care. You’ll ensure we meet our financial targets by making customers want to return and by selling products and packages on the night, ranging from traditional programmes and ice creams to exciting new cocktails in our luxury bars.Full of variety, this role is both fun and challenging. You’ll take responsibility for a range of tasks as part of a friendly, passionate and ambitious team, working in one of our unique venues with an ever-changing programme of events. You do need to be aged 18+ for this position and must be available to work Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, and New Years Eve. This will be a fixed term contract ending on Sunday 4th January 2026 and will be a contract of a minimum of 20 hours per week. Based in the centre of Bristol and with one of the largest theatre stages in Britain, the Bristol Hippodrome has established itself on the touring circuit for many major productions, thus becoming known as Bristol’s West End Theatre. We originally opened on 16 December 1912 and can seat 1951 guests over 3 levels.
