* A dual site role to manage two practices located on Beaconsfield Road and Oxford Street
* They are 6-chair and 4-chair surgeries that offer a mix of NHS and Private work with a stable core support team

Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:
* Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
* Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians while managing the contractual relationship
* Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of regulators
* Interpreting financial data, including profit and loss accounts, to make commercial decisions
