Are you a problem‑solver looking for a rewarding opportunity where no two days are the same? If so, consider joining our repairs and maintenance team in Dartford as a Scheduler / Repairs Administrator on a part‑time basis. Working hours are 24 per week, Wednesday to Friday 8am to 5pm.


Job Purpose

As a Scheduler / Repairs Administrator you will be fully trained to use our scheduling software to take ownership of a number of Maintenance Operatives’ and subcontractor’s diaries to ensure the completion of maintenance and repair works. On a day‑to‑day basis you will need to ensure that all planned and reactive jobs are booked in for the appropriate individuals, allocated the right amount of time, and moved as emergencies arise. You will work closely with our call centre team and liaise with clients and residents to ensure relevant access requirements and security are adhered to. You will be escalating outstanding jobs and following tasks through to completion, making sure all jobs are closed in the system once completed. You will receive comprehensive training and have the opportunity to progress through four grades of the role, increasing your salary with development.

Where will I be working

We are based in Greenhithe, Kent, just a short distance from Bluewater. We offer a hybrid working policy with up to one day per week worked from home. The office has good bus links, is 5 minutes from the nearest railway station, and provides free parking. It’s a fun and sociable office that promotes an inclusive culture.


Experience Required

* Enjoy working in a busy and fast‑paced environment
* Aptitude for problem‑solving
* Strong administration skills and attention to detail
* Computer literate – able to use Microsoft Office, Outlook and Google Maps
* A passion for great customer service and an excellent telephone manner
