We have an opportunity for a receptionist/admin assistant to join us at our Lampeter Office to provide support in our firm on a part time basis. Hours negotiable.
Key Duties:
* To be the first point of contact for clients either face to face or via telephone
* Administrative tasks to support the work of other colleagues to include dealing with incoming and outgoing post, photocopying, scanning, filing etc
* To maintain and update office records
* Archiving closed files and updating electronic and paper records accordingly
* Scheduling appointments and managing office diary
Person Specification:
* Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with sensitive situations with empathy
* Strong IT skills with ability to use the full Microsoft Office Suite
* Efficient and well-organised with a high attention to detail
* Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload accordingly
* A conscientious team player with a willingness to learn from (and provide support to) others
* Ability to communicate in Welsh desirable but not essential
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
* No previous experience required
