KS1 Teaching Assistant – Full Time
Location: Blackpool
Start Date: After October Half Term
Pay: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour
We are a welcoming and forward-thinking school in Blackpool, looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young learners and making a real difference in their education.
Responsibilities
* Support teaching staff in delivering engaging lessons for children in Key Stage 1
* Work closely with individuals and small groups to help them achieve their full potential
* Assist with classroom management and creating a positive learning environment
* Contribute to planning, preparation, and assessment activities
* Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and staff
Qualifications
* Patient, caring, and enthusiastic about working with young children
* Flexible, reliable, and ready to be part of a collaborative team
* Committed to fostering a love of learning and helping children thrive
Experience in a school setting is preferred but not essential – what matters most is your passion and commitment to helping children succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
