Key Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:
* Lead the successful delivery of major projects and programmes across the full lifecycle
* Provide expert advice to clients on programme, risk, cost, and overall delivery strategy
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
* Prepare and present detailed monthly reports, project programmes, and risk updates
* Drive clear communication, governance, and decision-making throughout project teams
* Develop and implement robust project delivery strategies to achieve client objectives
* Identify challenges proactively and deliver effective solutions in fast-paced environments
* Continuously seek opportunities to enhance project performance and delivery outcomes
Requirements
* Degree qualified in Project Management or a construction-related discipline
* Chartered or working towards a professional qualification such as APM, RICS, or equivalent
* Demonstrated experience delivering projects across the full project lifecycle
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and industry best practice
* Previous consultancy, commercial, or developer-side experience would be advantageous
* Knowledge of both pre- and post-contract project management responsibilities
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
