Key Requirements
1. At least 4 years of marketing experience in a branded FMCG business.
2. Preferably educated to degree level, ideally with a business or marketing-related degree.
3. A consumer-first mindset, considering the impact of decisions on retailers.
4. A desire for continuous learning, development, and growth.
5. Ability to analyze a brand P&L, identify issues and opportunities, and implement interventions swiftly.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to challenge, influence, and persuade constructively.
