In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be the first point of contact for managers and employees, providing clear, practical HR advice and ensuring our policies are applied fairly and consistently. You’ll also play a key part in keeping our day-to-day HR operations running smoothly — from coordinating Access to Work arrangements to managing Freedom of Information and Subject Access Requests, helping us meet our statutory obligations with confidence. Annual increments, where applicable, are usually payable on 1st April each year, subject to six months service in the post, until the maximum spinal column point of the level has been reached.
