What you’ll do
In Transaction Services you will support a range of clients by providing due diligence services for acquisitions, sale processes and capital markets transactions. You will deliver transaction outcomes through data‑driven insights and commercial acumen. You will collaborate with senior managers, directors and partners, identify opportunities for growth and provide additional services to clients.
You’ll be someone with
* Thorough working knowledge of Transaction Services activities
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or relevant work experience
* Previous staff supervision or management experience
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
* For those involved in Capital Markets transactions a good knowledge of the relevant legislation
* Self‑starting individual comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Demonstrates a pro‑active approach to continuous development
