What were looking for:
1. Experience working in Specialist Palliative Care: Proven experience in providing care to patients with complex needs, ensuring comfort and quality of life during terminal illness.
2. Relevant post-registration qualification (minimum Level 6) and nursing degree
3. Driver's licence and access to a car is essential for travelling to various locations to provide care and support to patients and their families in their homes.
4. Registered Nurse on NMC register (Adult) Must be a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, ensuring adherence to professional standards and regulations.
5. Ability to connect with patients and their families on an emotional level, providing support and understanding during difficult times.
