Overview
The Faculty of Computing, Engineering and Science at the University of South Wales is seeking to appoint a Senior Lecturer in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management within the Built Environment & Sustainability subject area. The successful candidate will coordinate and deliver modules to undergraduate students from Foundation year to Masters level in Commercial Management & Enterprise, Construction Cost Management, and Contract Management Practice. This is a full-time, permanent position based at Pontypridd.
We are seeking applications from highly motivated candidates with an interest in teaching and learning who have a passion for developing the next generation of construction professionals. The successful applicant will join the Built Environment & Sustainability team and contribute to teaching and assessment, module and/or course leadership duties, engagement in quality review and enhancement processes, and ensuring that professional body requirements are met.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate and deliver modules to undergraduate students from Foundation year to Masters level in Commercial Management & Enterprise, Construction Cost Management, and Contract Management Practice.
* Contribute to teaching and assessment, module and/or course leadership duties.
* Engage in quality review and enhancement processes.
* Ensure that professional body requirements are met.
Qualifications and Experience
