Machine Operative
Our manufacturing client on the outskirts of Basingstoke is recruiting Machine Operatives to join their team on a full‑time temp‑perm position.
You will ideally have experience within a manufacturing environment controlling machinery to specifications. Own transport is essential due to the location.

* Weekly pay
* 12‑week temp‑to‑perm contract

* Monday‑Thursday 4pm – Midnight & Friday 4pm – 11:30pm
Duties
* Operating machinery
* Manual handling of parts from automatic machines
* Assembling and trimming plastic parts
* Picking and packing stock
* Lifting and stacking boxes onto pallets
* Reporting any faults/issues to team leaders and the production supervisor
* Monitoring machinery to ensure they are kept in an operational, safe and clean condition
* Working in line with company procedures and practices
Requirements
* Previous experience in a manufacturing setting controlling machinery
* Own transport
* Good manual handling skills
* Attitude to working safely and following procedures
