The Role
You’ll bridge world‑class customer support and savvy sales, working closely with seasoned Account Managers. You’ll act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring our customers have the right technology solutions at the right time and driving future promotion into a full Account Management or Sales role.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Account Development
* Be the go‑to contact for a portfolio of customers, managing inbound enquiries and proactive outbound check‑ins.
* Build relationships: welcome new clients, review services, and align their needs with our tailored solutions.
* Deliver excellence: handle service discussions confidently while maintaining a sharp commercial mindset.
Revenue, Renewals & Growth
* Protect & grow: take ownership of contract renewals to safeguard existing revenue and ensure a seamless experience.
* Spot opportunities: identify and progress natural upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across our product range.
* Drive the pipeline: accurately quote, close opportunities, and feed larger, complex leads to the senior Account Management team.
Pipeline Management & Progression
* Maintain a structured, up‑to‑date pipeline of renewals and upgrades, logging all activities accurately in the CRM.
* Level up your knowledge of our multi‑product portfolio, including connectivity, telephony, mobile, and IT services.
* Evolve your skills in objection handling and consultative sales, positioning yourself for the next career step.
