HR Manager - Fixed Term Contract (until September 2026) In this role, you will provide expert HR support, contribute to strategic initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment law. What You'll Be Doing HR Operations & Compliance Recruitment & Onboarding Employee Development & Performance Employee Engagement & Relations Education & Experience 3+ years' HR experience. CIPD OR part-qualified or working towards certification Knowledge of NI and ROI employment law, recruitment, and training best practices Skills & Attributes Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience handling staff queries and supporting HR projects Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Additional Information Occasional travel to our client's additional sites in NI and / or ROI depots may be required Salary: £42-£45k pa If you are an immediately available HR Manager / HR BP, or Senior HR Advisor and can commit to the above tenure and start ASAP, I would love to hear from you ASAP.
